Florida International University
FIU CyberSkills2Work offers a short-term, intensive training program designed to recruit, prepare, and place participants into the cybersecurity work roles of Cyber Defense Forensics Analyst, AI Adoption Specialist and All Source Analyst. The program delivers pathways in a synchronous online format and provides training, certification, assistance with job placement connections, mentoring, and a career path to transitioning military personnel, transitioning first responders, and veterans. This program is at no cost to selected participants.
FIU’s AI Adoption Specialist pathway prepares participants to support responsible artificial intelligence adoption across an organization. The course provides practical foundations in AI, cybersecurity, data protection, responsible AI, organizational use-case discovery, solution evaluation, change management, governance, and implementation planning.
Synchronous Online
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent,
Must be part of one of these groups: veteran, transitioning service member, first responder, military spouse, or government personnel.
